Pictures: Mauritannia
Another update! I know, I know… it’s the second one this week…. but it’s almost the weekend so you cannot be mad at me!
Plus, I’m in a really good mood as my motorbike passed its MOT today (well, by the time this update is published yesterday), so she’s back on the road baby! The Termignoni Carbonio Tubi di Scarico(that’s Ducati perfomance enhancing people’s carbon fibre exhausts) are getting fitted soon… with removable baffles to make them road legal (and prevent them from causing hearing damage).
Anyhow… back to the pictures! This batch comes from Mauritannia, by which time I was running out of batteries! The only batteries I could find in Mauri (helped by Sidi du Desert, our guide) would give me enough juice for one flashless picture before dying! (note to self, bring proper batteries to Mauritannia next time!)
The pictures go from the border with the landmine field to the border with Mali… including fixing my brakes with a wheel bolt and 7 washers, bashing out wheels to make them round again and all sorts of fun!
Enjoy the update, only one left after this one!
