Now that the formalities are out of the way – my best friend and I just published a book, or more accurately, a cookbook!

About the Book:
Heralded as the ultimate and most comprehensive Gambian cookbook, “The Gambian Cookbook” brings together the traditions, flavours and love of many families all over the smiling coast.

Having spent our formative childhood years in The Gambia, we developed a passion for friends, family and good food. This book brings together that love in an attempt to share it with the world.

The book costs £9.99 and will be on Amazon soon – but in the meantime, you can get a copy as soon as I get them.
